DRASTIC REDUCTION OF WASHING TIMES IN COLOR CHANGE WASHING CYCLE DESCRIPTION
AUTOWASH wash cycle
Ink pumping to the chamber, return by gravity
Suction of ink and returning into ink bucket
Washing-up with clean solvent
Suction of washing-up solvent and returning to the common collector
Dirty solvent collector draining
AUTOMATIC WASH-UP: CHANGING OVER TIME REDUCTION CONTROL OVER THE INK VARIABLES FOR ANY TYPE OF FLEXO PRESS USING CLOSED CHAMBER SYSTEM
AUTOWASH
The operation of the pumping and washing equipment autowash, is based on the use of a reversible pneumatic pump for each printing unit. Pneumatic double-pumping systems have serious regulation problems of the synchronism between pumping and suctioning units. This technical solution allows, by this apparent simplicity, an extremely efficient and trouble-free operation.
The equipment provides total integration for the lr.products) ink control systems, including all possible options.
